My propooosaaal :)

      Many criminals from the moment they are put in jailed their lifes changes for ever.Many try to suicide because they feel lonely.In this short essay I will make a proposal which I think I can improved the system in whict they can relate with persons outside the jail.
     Many problems have ocurred and are occuring with criminals that are in jail.Criminals have been raped by other criminals inside the jail.They feel lonely and depressed because they only have the right to have visits.To resolve those problems  I proposed to give them the right of having a day inside the jail with their family.Also,to permit them to just not only receive visits from their partners but let them stay in a room in the jail for the night,always under protection because the pupose of this right is not for womens to raise childrens without a paternity figure or a women needing to have a baby in the jail. This will help a lot the criminals and also the society that are outside the jail because their family suffer as well as the criminals are suffering.In addition,it will resolve the problem of criminals being raped so frequently by other criminals.This new right will mantain the union of  alot of the partners.They will not have an excused to be unfaithful with their partners.
     In conclusion my proposal can change a lot of thing but in a positive way.Criminals suffer alot in jail and eventhought they have the fault of being there,nobody can take away the lifes of that human being and the people that surround them.Also,it can help in less raping in the jails and less violence.

Changes !

     In the past,people have been put in jail or in some cases killed with out having good evidence which can confirm us without any doupt that they are guilty.Now they are more strict with cases.Criminals have more rights now than in the past.
     Today,criminals have the oportunity of a lawyer no matter in what status economically he or she is at that moment.In the past they did not had that privilage.Another right they have is that people can stay in silent until somebody of their trust.Anything they say may be used against that person.Also,criminals who do not like the decision a judge make because maybe they are not prove enought to make him or she guilty,they have the right to make another trial.The right to be brought before a judicial authority to be informed and learn the facts alleged against him.They have more rights that they did before in a past time.
      Eventhought,criminal have more rights they used to have they are still discriminated.Instead those right have help many criminals to defend themselves.They have the oportunity of having a lawyer no matter what.

      Criminals struggle a lot to be treated as normal people.Many criminals suffer a lot because people look at them as they were from other world.Many people who commit any type of crime,try to show everyone that they can be a better person.Many people do not give them the chance for them to show who they really can be.
     Criminal had attempted to resist discrimination,but they can not do alot.Many criminals who get out of jail struggle to get a good job.They go to a program where they are help.They start working in jobs were they are not pay so much,for example cutting grass.Programs like this help them to mantain their brain occupied and give them faith.It help them to stay focused on their objetives and their goals.Many criminals who are in jail have the privilige that if they behave good,they can  get some advantage.They do not have many ways to go through all the discrimination,but they are always hel in a certain way.Other criminals do not have the piece of luck as others and go through hard times.Criminals who want to be known as someone they just need to try star all over againg and follow the law.Obviously doing peacefully they could demostrate what they can give to the society.
      Many criminals have been succesful in starting again a new life.Others have needed to struggle a lot,but those are the consecuences of their choices.Programs are very important for those people who want to stand up and fight for a better way of life,help them to keep on with their goals and dreams.Criminals lost rights but in a period of time they could be reinstated .

Oppression in CRIMINALS:D

     

                          

      Criminals are mistreated alot.Just because one time in a life they commit an error does not means they cannot change.Criminals are ften judge by people.Criminals are mostly mistreated by officers or officials.
      Criminals have been always judge or threated seperately. Agood example are the sexual molestors.Molestation is the act of subjecting someone to unwanted or improper sexual advances or activity.We all know this is a huge crime.Sometimes they are cases were these people are innocent but they are still identified as sexual molestors.These groups is mistreated a lot.When they get out from jail they are prohibited to go near childrens and as everyone knows childrens are everywhere.So most sexual molestors go to live in mountains or down a bridge.They no longer will have the same way of life they had one time.Those who are in jail are mostly opressed by officers just because officer think they have the power to do whatever they want.Those who abuse wont complain because if would take a lot for justice to be done.They decide to stay quite.
     Most criminal are being mistreated.In my opinion based on the sexual molestors,is not fair because everybody have an oportunity to change.They are being threat as animals.Everybody make mistakes and they have oportunities to change.Lets make a change :)

Criminal Rights :)

        

       Criminal rights are created to make justice.Everybody is inocent until proven guilty.That is how it works and is the right way.Their is a big percentage of criminals in the United states of America.Criminal rights started by the seventeeths.
      Now in days things are being done better than past years.Every person in a court is innocent until proven guilty.They are civil rights violations using the treat or use of force.U.s constitutional Bill of rights are someeee specific laws for the criminal or they could be call amendments.They are a strong group because they still have their rights and will continue having their right to defend themeselves.
      Inocent as criminals have their rights.In a jury you would be innocent until proven guilty.You will be record and they should look for all the evidence to later decide of your guilty or not.In my opinion that is the way it should be because we all have rights ,like incent and criminals.
